I received the message "The Square Enix ID, date of birth, and registration password you entered do not match."

If you receive the message "The SQUARE ENIX ID, date of birth, and registration password you entered do not match" while entering your registration information for the Software Token, check the following:

- Please ensure you are using the same SQUARE ENIX ID as the one displayed at the top right of the SQUARE ENIX Account Management and Mog Station pages.

- You must enter the same birthday you have registered on your SQUARE ENIX account in the Date of Birth field. If you have forgotten your date of birth, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center by selecting ‘Additional Assistance’ below this article.

- The Security Token registration password is not the same as your SQUARE ENIX account password; it is the password sent to the primary email address registered to the SQUARE ENIX account. If you do not have a Registration Password, restart the Software Token application process.
