I can't login even though I'm entering the displayed One-Time Password.

Please make sure you are entering the correct password in to the correct field. Please note that the One-Time Password will become invalid after 60 seconds.

If the One-Time Password is still not working, it is possible your smartphone may have received a software update causing it to be unsynchronized from your account. Use your Emergency Removal Password to remove the token to gain access to your SQUARE ENIX account (https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/coercioncan).

If you lost the Emergency Removal Password, you will need to contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for assistance to remove the token from the account. Please use the form below to request support from the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
