You can quicksave the game and exit the app by pressing the pause symbol at the top left of the screen.
If you are in the middle of a practice session, you can quicksave the game by pressing the pause symbol at the top left of the screen and then selecting "End practice."
Please note that you cannot quicksave and exit the app during grade examination stages.
