I can't download the app.
Please try one of the troubleshoots below if your download fails, then re-download the app:
- An unstable connection can interrupt the download. Please ensure you have a steady Wi-Fi connection.
- Try turning your device off, waiting a few minutes and turning it back on again.
- You may be unable to download the app normally if you have too much data already stored on your device. Try deleting unnecessary files.
Please also bear in mind that DRAKERIDER requires 1.72 GB of available memory to download.
When installing the app, you will need 1.5 to 2 times this amount of free memory (i.e. 3GB or more), so please check how much space is available on your phone.
