We recommend trying the following troubleshoots if the app is crashing during gameplay:

- Close other apps that are still running in the background and deactivate any wallpaper or other screens that require a lot of memory (when doing so, press the Home Button twice and make certain to close the app from the task screen)

- Delete the history, cookies and cache from your browser settings

- Your phone will be more susceptible to errors if you have a large amounts of data stored. Try deleting apps you no longer need or sound/image data to increase available memory.

- Turn your phone off, wait a few minutes and turn it back on again.
