What should I do if I accidentally discarded/sold reward items I got from achievements, or job-specific gear?
As reward items gained through achievements and job-specific gear cannot be acquired more than once, you can ask a GM to restore items you lost by discarding / selling them to a NPC by mistake, providing they appear on the list below (if not, those items cannot be reimbursed).
Please place a GM call from in-game if you have lost items in this way and would like them returned to you.

The quests where you originally obtained these items must appear in your History on The Lodestone when you contact a GM. For some job-specific gear, you must make a certain amount of progress in the series of quests to obtain them or they will not be shown in your History. If your History does not show that you obtained the equipment you wish to have restored, then we must ask you to finish the full series of quests first and check the entry appears in your History before contacting a GM.
