How do I change my contract period in the Square Enix Account Management System.

If you wish to change your contract period in the Square Enix Account Management System, please take the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Square Enix Account Management System
  2. Select “Select Service” under “Services and Options”
  3. Select a service (i.e. FINAL FANTASY XIV, FINAL FANTASY XI)
  4. Select “Options List” for the appropriate service account
  5. Select “Update” to the right of “Period Length” under “Payment Details”
  6. Agree to the terms and select “Next”
  7. Select a new contract period and then “Next”
    • 30 days
    • 90 days
    • 180 days
  8. Confirm details and then select “Change Period Length”
  9. Select “Done”
