If you are receiving an error "Fatal DirectX error - Code: 15" when attempting to launch Just Cause 2, please make sure that your graphics card meets the minimum system requirements and that your graphics card drivers are up-to date.

If you have made sure your card meets the requirements and your drivers are up-to-date please select "Additional Assistance" for further support. In your support ticket please provide a full Directx Diagnostic Report. You can do so by holding down the Windows key + "R", then at the run line type in DXDIAG, and hit OK Click "Save all information" (in the Dxdiag window) and save it to a TXT file. Copy all that information and paste it in the "details" section. Please also include all details involved with the problem for investigation on our end.
