I completed the account transfer, but I can’t log into PlayOnline.
Once you have completed the transfer, please be sure to update your PlayOnline password that is registered in your PlayOnline Viewer.
Please refer to the steps below for instructions on how to update your PlayOnline password. A detailed version of the steps can be found at

How to Update your PlayOnline Password (PlayOnline Viewer)
--------------------------------------------------------
1. Activate the PlayOnline Viewer , select the appropriate PlayOnline ID from the Member List and then select “Settings.”
2. Update the “PlayOnline Password” field.
3. Make sure that your Square Enix ID and one-time password are entered correctly (If you have a token attached to your Square Enix account).
4. Click “OK.”
*Please note that the “PlayOnline Password” is different from the “Member Password.”
