Is it possible for me to play FINAL FANTASY XI without transferring?
Users are required to transfer a PlayOnline Account to the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System in order to access FINAL FANTASY XI. For instructions on how to transfer a PlayOnline ID to a SQUARE ENIX Account, please visit the following URL:

Please be advised that newly created PlayOnline IDs are automatically transferred to the SQUARE ENIX Account they are created on. There will be no need to transfer a PlayOnline ID created after August 2011.
