I've lost my PlayOnline password.
It is not possible for users to reset a PlayOnline password themselves unless the PlayOnline ID is transferred to a Square Enix ID.
If you have lost the password for a PlayOnline ID that hasn't been transferred yet, please click on "This Did Not Answer My Question" below to contact the Square Enix Support directly.
