My game is freezing
If your copy of of the game is freezing, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the DVD for damage or scratches.
- Reboot the console and see if the problem occurs again.
- For Xbox 360 titles, please try to install the game to the Xbox 360's HDD. You can do this by pressing Y (game details) on the game icon on your Dashboard. This will prompt you for the option to ""Play or Install game""
- Test this disc on a different console or tested different copy of the game on this console?
- Try returning the game for a new one.
If these steps have been tried and you are still experiencing a problem and you feel that a replacement disc will resolve the problem, you may be elegible for warranty support.
To obtain warranty support for your game, you simply need to send the game/case/manual (in entirety) into the office for testing. Please be sure you include a Letter explaining why you are sending it in, the steps taken to reproduce the problem and your sought resolution.
