I purchased some Chocopoints, but they were not added to my account. What should I do?
If you the Chocopoints you have purchased are not showing up on your account, restart the browser and log back into the application.
If the items do not appear at this point, please use the "Additional Assistance" button at the bottom of the page to create a service ticket.
Please be ready to provide the following information when creating a service ticket:
- Date of purchase
- The amount of Chocopoints purchased
- Amount of Chocopoints you had before and after the purchase
- Transaction ID or receipt number along with the purchase amount
