What should I do if I did not receive the virtual goods that I purchased with Chocopoints?
If you the items you have purchased are not showing up on your account, restart the browser and log back into the application.
If the items do not appear at this point, please use the "Additional Assistance" button at the bottom of the page to create a service ticket.
Please be ready to provide the following information when creating a service ticket:
- Date of purchase
- The amount of Chocopoints before and after the purchase
- Name and quantity of virtual goods purchased
