I am receiving a “There are no valid service accounts” message when attempting to log into my Square Enix account.

If you are receiving a “There are no valid service accounts” message when you log on, then your SQUARE ENIX account has been terminated by SQUARE ENIX due to one of the following reasons:
- No active subscription
- User agreement violation
- The account has been flagged as a compromised account

If you have any questions, please use the “Additional Assistance” button and fill out the form provided to contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.

PLEASE NOTE: The SQUARE ENIX Support Center will only discuss penalties taken against an account with the account owner. If you are not the registered owner of the account, the SQUARE ENIX Support Center will be unable to assist you or provide any details regarding an account.
