How to cancel and reactivate automatically continuous options

If you want to make a change in automatically continuous options, log into the Square Enix Account Management System from https://secure.square-enix.com/

How to cancel automatically continuous options

(1) Select the service account to cancel the automatically continuous option
Log into the Square Enix Account Management System. From the menu on the left,under "Services and Options" select “Select Service.” Select the service account. Any active service accounts will be displayed on the next page.

(2) How to cancel the automatically continuous option
Press the “Option List” button displayed on the active service account. Check the boxes for the automatically continuous options you wish to suspend under the"Active Options" list. Press the “Cancel” button. Notes about cancellation of automatically continuous options will be displayed. Read the notes thoroughly then press the "Next" button. Check the options that you have selected to cancel. If the correct options are displayed, press the"Cancel" button.

(3) Confirm the cancellation of automatically continuous options
Notification of canceling the options will be displayed. Check the “Options Cancelled/To be Cancelled" list on the “Options List” page. Check if statuses of the options you have selected to cancel are “Cancelled” or “To be Cancelled”.


How to reactivate automatically continuous options

(1) Select the service account to reactivate automatically continuous options
Log into the Square Enix Account Management System. From the menu on the left,under "Services and Options" select “Select Service.” Select the service account. Any active service accounts will be displayed on the next page.

(2) Reactivate automatically continuous options
Press the “Option List” button displayed on the active service account.


Reactivate the service account before resuming automatically continuous options if it is still cancelled.
Check options to reactivate on the “Options Cancelled/To be Cancelled"list. Press the “Reactivate” button.
Notes about reactivation of automatically continuous options will be displayed.Read the notes thoroughly. Press the "Next" button.


Select a payment method and contract period.


If you want to reactivate options on free trial or options to be cancelled, go next without making payment.
Check the options that you have selected to reactivate. If the correct options are displayed, press the "Reactivate" button.


(3) Confirm the reactivation of automatically continuous options
Notification of reactivating the options will be displayed. Check the “Active Options” list on the “Options List” page. Check if statuses of the options you have selected to reactivate are “Continuous."
