How to cancel a Service account.
For FINALFANTASY XI:
(1) Log on the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com)
(2) Select ‘PlayOnline/Final Fantasy XI Service Accounts’.
(3) Under ‘Active Service Accounts’, select ‘Cancel Service’ for the Service Account you wish to cancel. Confirm cancellation to complete the process.
(4) You will receive a cancel confirmation email to your registered email address.
For FINAL FANTASY XIV:
(1) Log on the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com)
(2) Select ‘Mog Station’.
(3) Select ‘Your Account’ on top of screen.
(4) Under ‘Service Account Status’, select ‘Cancel Service Account’ for the Service Account you wish to cancel. Confirm cancellation to complete the process.
(5) You will receive a cancel confirmation email to your registered email address.
