The "Application Failed to Initialize" error message is usually caused by 1 of 2 issues. The most common cause is the video card. The other possible cause is the operating system. Using Windows 95, 98, ME, or NT,will not allow the game to function properly. Compatibility issues related to the Win 95/98/ME/NT operating systems cause problems for this game's engine. Imperial Glory will only run on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
