There is no need to cancel your MEMBERS account.

If you wish to withdraw from MEMBERS, you may do so by deleting the associated Square Enix Account. Please note that upon canceling your account, all information associated with your account, including your MEMBERS Points and My Page, as well as all other content and services associated with it, will be permanently deleted.

If you still wish to cancel your SQUARE ENIX account, please login to the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System and follow the steps below:

1. Select Update Account Information
2. Select Cancel Square Enix Account
3. Check I accept. and click Proceed
