How do I change my registered information?

You can change your registered SQUARE ENIX account information by logging on the SQUARE ENIX account management site (http://account.square-enix.com) and select "Mog Station". Then select "Update Account Information" on the menu on the upper right of screen.

To change your registered PlayOnline account, log on to the SQUARE ENIX account management site and select “PlayOnline/Final Fantasy XI Service Accounts” and click on “Options List” to change your PlayOnline account settings.

*Please note, you cannot change your registered name, date of birth, or the region of the account.
