Compromised Account with a SQUARE ENIX Security Token

If the account was accessed by an unauthorized third party despite a SQUARE ENIX Security Token being in use, please change your SQUARE ENIX Password and contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center by selecting "Additional Assistance" button located at the bottom of this Knowledge Base article. Please note that the SQUARE ENIX Security Token entitles you to game data recovery even if you have received one in the past.
