I would like to unlink a PlayOnline ID from a SQUARE ENIX Account.
Once a PlayOnline ID is transferred to a SQUARE ENIX Account, the PlayOnline ID is permanently linked to the SQUARE ENIX Account and cannot be un-transferred. Please ensure that the SQUARE ENIX ID you are going to transfer a PlayOnline ID is the one you intend to use in the future to avoid unnecessary confusion.
