World Transfer Service - A linkshell after an owner moves to another world
The linkshell will remain active even if the linkshell owner transfers away.
However, since the linkshell owner will no longer be present, the pearlsack creation function cannot be used and the pearlsack holder cannot be kicked. Access to edit linkshell message may also be lost. In this case, we strongly suggest creating a new linkshell to restore full functionality.
