If there is an issue between players, rules violations will be decided by the GMs. If you were reported by a player who also violated the rules, action will be taken against them as needed. A GM is required to always provide fair treatment to all parties involved, meaning the person reporting as well as the person being reported are subject to review during disputes. There may also be times where a GM may not intervene in a given situation, however this is also determined based on careful observation of FINAL FANTASY XI's rules and regulations.
