How can I find my PlayOnline ID and password?

You can confirm your PlayOnline ID, which is required for the transfer process, by opening the PlayOnline Viewer and looking under the "Members List" section.

For security purposes, PlayOnline ID passwords and PlayOnline email passwords cannot be viewed from within the PlayOnline Viewer. Please ensure that you store this information carefully.
