FFXI-3113 protocol time out error

Please make sure that Microsoft Network Client is installed in your PC. To check this, Open Network in the Control Panel. If you don't see the Microsoft Network Client on the list, it is not installed.

To install Microsoft Network Client:
- Open Network in Control Panel, select "Add"
- From Network Components, select "Client" and then "Add"
- From Network Client, select "Manufacturer: Microsoft" and "Network Client: Microsoft Network Client" and select "OK" to start installing
- Restart your PC and run FINAL FANTASY XI
