Worlds that have reached their maximum population cap can not be selected for Home World transfers.
Before requesting a Home World Transfer, please check the Server Status on The Lodestone (
https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/worldstatus/) for the current status of Congested and Preferred Worlds. It is possible that users will not be able to transfer to Worlds that are currently listed as Congested Worlds, so ensure that the Home World you wish to transfer to is not listed as Congested.
It is also not possible to transfer more characters than can be created on a single World or transfer more characters that can be created on a single physical data center.
The number of characters that can be created will depend on the membership tier subscribed to.
