What steps do I take if my SQUARE ENIX Security Token broke?
Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for assistance to have the token removed to gain access to the SQUARE ENIX account. This applies to both keychain tokens and software tokens (in cases where the phone is broken, lost, or the device is reset). Afterwards, you can register a new token for continued additional security.
