Security tokens should arrive within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed and your SQUARE ENIX security token still hasn't arrived, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center by selecting "Additional Assistance" button located at the bottom of this Knowledge Base article.
