My SQUARE ENIX account was accessed by an unauthorized third party!

If you can still access the account, please change your password as soon as possible. If you have not done so, adding a security token will provide additional protection to the account. Check for any changes to your account.

If FINAL FANTASY XIV characters or game data was deleted, fill out the Character/Game Data Recovery forms provided in the Support Center site.

If you no longer have access to the account or FINAL FANTASY XI characters or game data was deleted, contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center by selecting Additional Assistance button located at the bottom of this knowledge base article.
