Why hasn't the password on my SQUARE ENIX Security Token changed even after pushing the button?
If you push the button multiple times within 30 seconds, the password will not change.
The password displayed can only be used once to log in, so if a password you have already used is displayed when logging in, please wait until the 30 second time frame has passed before pushing the button again and using the new one-time password.
