I haven't received my new SQUARE ENIX account membership confirmation e-mail.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check the following:
- Email address was correct
If wrong email address was registered, please register a correct email address and create a new SQUARE ENIX account.
- Email inbox and Junk filter setting
Make sure that your inbox was not full at the time of registration. Also make sure to check the Junk folder to see if the email was placed there.
- Mailbox setting by your provider
Some email providers block emails on their email server. If that's the case, please contact your email provider or email server administrator, or use a different email address for registration.
