The serial code included in FINAL FANTASY XIII I purchased did not provide a promotional code or a bonus code after registering it on the MEMBERS site.
The Members serial code that includes the special promotional code and bonus code after registering on the Member site is only included in the first production run of FINAL FANTASY XIII for PlayStation 3 and Xbox360.
If the serial code you registered on the Member site did not provide you with a promotional code for the PlayStation 3 or Xbox360, then you did not receive a first production copy of the game.
