How long it takes for a GM to recover an item
Item restoration investigations can take anywhere between a few days and a few weeks to complete. Please understand that there are certain situations in which item restoration is not possible.
After an investigation is completed, a GM will respond to you with the results of the investigation. The GM reply will come in the form of a message that will appear after logging into the PlayOnline Viewer. If you have not received the results of your investigation after an extended period, please place another GM call.
