The gems I purchased are not showing up in the game.

Depending on network conditions, it may take some time before purchased gems appear in-game. If your gems do not appear after a long period of time, please try the following.

・Close and restart the Meshi Quest: Five-star Kitchen app.
・Turn off your phone and wait several minutes to turn it on again.
・Restart the app and on the main screen select the '+' icon and tap 'Gem Shop' and check to see if the gems have been added to your game.
*You do not have to purchase additional gems to confirm this.

If the problem persists, please contact us via the 'Additional Assistance' button on the bottom left. Fill out the required items (including your Google Play or Apple order number) in the entry form.
