My purchased Regalite is not appearing ingame.

Depending on wireless conditions, it may take some time before purchased Regalite appears ingame. If your Regalite does not appear after a long period of time, please try the following.

・Close and restart the King's Knight app.
・Turn off your phone and wait several minutes to turn it on again.

If the problem persists, please contact us via the 'Additional Assistance' button on the bottom left. Fill out the required items (including your Google Play order number) in the entry form.
