The Fantasia Mickey B Medal from reaching 60,000 pre-registrations in the KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross] Pre-Registration Campaign is rewarded to users who log in between Mar. 23, 2017 and Apr. 29, 2017.
In other words, if you had logged in between Mar. 23, 2017 and Apr. 6, 2017 (the release date of Union χ[Cross]), you should have already received this Fantasia Mickey B Medal.
In addition, newly created accounts will also be eligible as long as they log in before Apr. 29, 2017.
NOTE: This is separate from the Fantasia Mickey B Medal sent for celebrating the Union χ[Cross] announcement at PAX.
