If you need assistance while in the game
For online games, we have a group of support staff called "Game Masters" that solve various issues that occur while in the game. GMs exist as characters in the game and they assist customers with various issues, such as when customers are stuck in game geometry or when they are being harassed by another person.
To report an issue, a GM call will need to be submitted.
How to Place a GM Call
- Select [Help Desk] from the in-game menu
- Select the [Help Desk] option under the [Help Desk] menu
- Select the option that most explains your issue and follow the menu on the screen
